Cooking Tteokbokki (spicy rice-cake)

Cooking Tteokbokki (spicy rice-cake) @ KTO


That is the rice cake front and back view

This is the chilli paste and rice cake - the organizer sold these


This is the cooking table provided by KTO.

Ingredients
1 package of rice cake
1 cup of water
1 box of chilli paste
3 tbs sugar
soy sauce (kecap asin)
chilli powder
1 big onion, chopped
Garlic, smashed
Fish cake, sliced
Cabbage, chopped
Spring onion (daun bawang)
There is no fix measurement of seasoning, it's up to the cook. Spicy, sweet, etc.



Soak the rice cake for 10 minutes to separate each piece

Meanwhile, boil 1 cup of water, chilli paste, garlic, chilli powder

Add rice cake, fish cake, onion

Stir well
Add more seasoning (chilli)
Aduk terus. Final stir, add spring onion.

Tteokbokki (spicy rice-cake) is ready to serve
Empty wok :)
